Its purpose is to bring awareness and harmony in mind and body. An ancient tradition, the practice of yoga provides many mental and physical benefits. It strengthens the muscles, supports the respiratory system and heart health, helps the treatment of addiction, stress, anxiety, depression ve reduces chronic pain, improves sleep patterns, increases quality of life. Practiced in various forms in many countries, yoga is accepted as a type of complementary and alternative medicine in the West as a holistic approach.
